As your Labour Councillors in Grangetown, we are here to help you with local issues. We hold face-to-face surgeries at Grangetown Hyb on Saturday’s and online surgeries via Zoom (by appointment). Booking an online surgery appointment is easy using the instructions below.

If you want to raise an issue about any of these service areas, we hold regular face-to-face surgeries at The Hyb in Grangetown on a Saturday morning between 10:30am to 11:30am.
We know it’s not convenient for everybody to attend a surgery in person, so we also hold online advice surgeries via Zoom (by appointment only).
HOW IT WORKS
Booking an online surgery appointment is easy.
- Click the ‘List of Council services we can help with’ dropdown button on the left of the screen to check whether your issue is something your local Councillors can help with.
- If you’re not sure if we can help, or you need advice on who can help you, simply drop us a line on [email protected] and we can advise you.
- If you’d like to go ahead and book a session with us, click the red ‘Book Appointment’ button below.
- Select a convenient date and time from the calendar.
- Fill in a simple form with your contact details and an outline of the issue you would like to discuss.
- You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to join the virtual surgery session on your chosen date and time.
- Remember to log in a few minutes before your session, from your smartphone, laptop or desktop computer.
